So I'm from Baltimore and being in the Mid-Atlantic part of the east coast of the U.S. I can truly say we encounter all four seasons in all their glory. We have rainy springs, sweltering summers, cool crisp autumns and COLD winters....
That being said Maryland generally has lots of seasonally challenged folk lurking about and unfortunately not all of them are visitors...PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVED HERE THEIR ENTIRE LIVES WEAR THINGS LIKE:
1. Sweatshirts with short shorts (your legs are warm and your arms are cold?)
2. Flip Flops in the snow.....really I don't think that ridiculousness needs explaining
3. Leggings (as pants)-it's 20 degrees outside right now and a girl just walked by me in leggings with holes cut into them and a tiny jacket
It makes no sense for people to come out of their homes looking confused but this is in fact a free country (to some extent but that's a different topic), so go ahead and wear what you want to wear in the winter but don't complain about being cold! Here's some advice: IF YOU ARE COLD PUT SOME CLOTHES ON IT IS NO LONGER SUMMER!!! Let's leave being ridiculous to commercial advertisements and stay away from disrupting the balance of nature with our dislike for normalcy... Enjoy the clip and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
